The 3 Hidden Worlds of Shamanic Journeying – Free Healing Class With Sandra Ingerman
Many of us are noticing a quiet pull from the ancient ones — gentle messages that help us meet the intensity of modern life with steadiness and care.
Through shamanic journeying, you enter a safe, altered state and travel beyond ordinary time, so you can receive guidance from compassionate spirits devoted to the wellbeing of all life — including you and the situations you’re facing.
As you practice, a rich inner landscape opens. You feel more resourced, which means choices get clearer, relationships soften, and a sense of belonging with the living world grows.
In this free hour with a renowned teacher, you’ll explore simple foundations for accessing helping spirits and power animals — for your healing and for the healing of our communities and planet.
Why Attend “The 3 Hidden Worlds of Shamanic Journeying”
All around us are breadcrumbs of wisdom left by our ancestors — teachings for living in right relationship with ourselves, each other, and the Earth. Shamanic journeying gives you a reliable way to find those breadcrumbs again, so that guidance becomes practical and daily.
With drum, rattle, or simple intention, you can travel beyond ordinary awareness to meet compassionate allies who care deeply about your life. Their perspective is steady and kind, which means fear loosens and next steps feel more grounded.
This session invites you to reconnect with the web of life. You’ll sense how your healing and the planet’s healing are woven together — and then explore small, meaningful practices that restore harmony in both.
What You’ll Learn
Let’s begin with simple, time-tested steps that ease you into non-ordinary reality, so you can meet helping spirits and power animals with confidence and care.
