The Future Of Meno(pause) Medicine Summit 2026: Free Event for Menopausal Women
Menopause can affect far more than hot flashes, yet many women reach this stage with little preparation for changes in sleep, energy, metabolism, memory, mood, hair, skin, bone health, intimacy, and the way they feel in their own bodies.
The Future Of Meno(Pause) Medicine Summit brings together 37 experts across 40 episodes to explore menopause and midlife health from multiple angles, including hormones, thyroid health, brain longevity, nutrition, movement, environmental exposures, metabolic health, bone strength, skin, hair, and healthy aging.
Hosted by Sharon Stills, NMD, Laura Frontiero, FNP-BC, and Benjamin Stills, NMD, the summit combines clinical perspectives with practical education about what may be changing during perimenopause and menopause, what different forms of assessment can reveal, and where practitioners take different approaches.
You can use the five-day program to focus on the concerns that matter most to you, build better questions for your own healthcare conversations, and explore a more informed, pro-aging approach to the years ahead.
Why Attend The Future Of Meno(Pause) Medicine Summit

Menopause rarely arrives as one neat symptom with one simple explanation. Sleep can change, energy can fall, body composition can shift, memory may feel less dependable, and concerns involving thyroid function, bone health, skin, hair, digestion, mood, or intimacy can appear at the same time.
This summit gives those overlapping concerns room to be examined together. Across 40 episodes, 37 experts explore hormones and menopause alongside brain health, metabolism, nutrition, fasting, minerals, environmental exposures, fascia, movement, cardiovascular health, thyroid health, bone strength, the microbiome, skin, hair, and other parts of midlife wellbeing.
You will also hear perspectives that do not always agree with one another, especially around testing, hormone-focused explanations, assessment, and different approaches to supporting health through menopause. That breadth can help you understand the questions more clearly and prepare for more informed conversations with qualified healthcare professionals about your own circumstances.
Who Should Attend The Future Of Meno(Pause) Medicine Summit
This summit is designed for women who want to understand perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging in more depth, whether changes have already become obvious or you want to learn what may lie ahead. The discussions range from common day-to-day concerns to longer-term questions involving bone, cardiovascular, cognitive, metabolic, and thyroid health.
It can also be useful for caregivers and anyone looking for a broader educational view of midlife health. The goal is not to diagnose symptoms through an online event, but to help you become better informed about the topics, options, disagreements, and questions that may be worth discussing with your own healthcare team.
- Women beginning to notice possible perimenopause changes in their thirties or forties
- Women currently navigating menopause symptoms or changing health priorities
- Postmenopausal women interested in bone, brain, heart, metabolic, and thyroid health
- Anyone dealing with changes in sleep, energy, weight, mood, memory, skin, or hair
- Women seeking a clearer understanding of hormone testing and hormone-focused care
- People interested in nutrition, movement, fasting, minerals, and other lifestyle considerations
- Women who want to prepare better questions for appointments with their own clinicians
- Caregivers and family members seeking a broader understanding of menopause and midlife health
What You’ll Learn During The Future Of Meno(Pause) Medicine Summit
The summit looks beyond a single hormone or symptom and explores menopause as a transition that can intersect with many systems in the body. Sessions address what changing hormones may help explain while also examining thyroid health, metabolism, inflammation, digestion, environmental exposures, movement, nutrition, bone strength, cognitive health, skin, hair, and other areas.
You will hear different perspectives on assessment and testing, including questions about what laboratory values can tell you during a stage when hormone levels may fluctuate. The program also explores why some women continue to feel poorly despite healthy habits and why practitioners may investigate several possible contributors rather than treating every concern as a hormone issue.
Long-term health is part of the conversation as well. The summit connects present-day concerns with topics such as cardiovascular health, bone strength, cognition, physical capacity, and practical habits that may support wellbeing through menopause and beyond.
- How perimenopause and menopause can affect more than reproductive hormones
- What hormone testing may contribute to a broader clinical picture and why interpretation can be debated
- How thyroid changes may overlap with symptoms commonly associated with menopause
- Ways sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and metabolic health enter the midlife conversation
- Why brain fog, memory, mood, and longer-term cognitive health receive special attention
- How menopause relates to bone strength and the importance of maintaining physical capacity
- Perspectives on skin, hair, dryness, libido, intimacy, and other changes that are often discussed less openly
- How the microbiome, digestion, inflammation, and environmental exposures are approached by different speakers
- Where fasting, sauna use, minerals, fascia, and other wellness practices fit into the summit’s broader discussion
- How to turn what you hear into better questions for your own qualified healthcare professionals
A sacRED Second Act: Pro-Aging With a Whole-Body View
Sharon Stills uses the phrase “sacRED Second Act” for this stage of life. The framing shifts attention away from simply enduring menopause or fighting the fact of aging and toward understanding the transition well enough to participate more actively in decisions about health, function, and quality of life.
That whole-body perspective runs through the summit. Hormones remain an important part of the discussion, but the program also considers thyroid health, metabolism, inflammation, nutrition, digestion, environmental factors, movement, fascia, bone health, cardiovascular health, brain health, skin, hair, and other concerns that can shape the midlife experience.
The pro-aging element looks beyond how you feel this month and asks what may matter over the coming decades. Rather than promising a single answer, the summit gives you a range of expert perspectives you can consider in the context of your own history, priorities, and professional healthcare.
- Look at menopause as a whole-body health transition rather than one isolated hormone event
- Connect present symptoms with questions about long-term function and healthy aging
- Compare differing professional perspectives without assuming every approach fits every person
- Use education to prepare more specific questions for individualized care

How to Get the Most From the Five-Day Summit
With 40 episodes and 37 experts, trying to absorb every idea can quickly turn a useful event into information overload. A better approach is to decide what you most want to understand before the first day begins.
Choose a few core themes, keep notes on questions you want to explore further, and distinguish educational ideas from decisions that require individualized medical guidance.
1. Pick Your Priority Themes
Start with the daily schedule and identify the concerns most relevant to your life, such as sleep and energy, brain health, thyroid questions, bone health, metabolism, skin and hair, or long-term healthy aging.
2. Keep a Question List
- Write down terms or concepts you want to understand more clearly
- Note questions that may be useful to raise with your own healthcare professional
3. Separate Education From Personal Treatment
Speakers may present different clinical and wellness perspectives. Use the summit to become better informed, while making personal medical decisions with qualified professionals who know your health history.
4. Use the Encore Strategically
If a session conflicts with your schedule during the five main days, note it for the September 19–20 encore when every session reopens for free.
5. Leave With a Shorter List, Not a Longer One
- Identify the two or three ideas that seem most relevant to investigate further
- Save useful questions for your next clinical appointment
- Avoid changing multiple health practices at once simply because you heard them during the summit
