Explore Your Inner World Through Neo-Shamanic Creativity – Free Class with Shiloh Sophia McCloud
When overthinking, self-criticism, and constant productivity take over, it can become difficult to hear the quieter signals of intuition, imagination, and inner knowing. Creativity offers another way to listen — one that does not require you to have the answer before you begin.
Shiloh Sophia McCloud invites you to explore creative expression as a portal beyond habitual thinking and into greater presence, curiosity, and flow. Through her approach to Intentional Creativity®, painting becomes less about making “good art” and more about discovering what color, movement, image, and symbol can reveal.
You’ll explore a neo-shamanic approach to creativity that draws on breath, movement, ritual, imagination, and intuitive mark-making. Shiloh Sophia will also introduce the distinction between Chronos, or ordinary measured time, and Kairos, the more spacious experience of awareness that can emerge through deep creative presence.
During the event, you’ll be guided into a brief creative journey and invited to ask a simple question: “What wants to reveal itself to me today?” From there, you can observe what arises before analysis or self-judgment has the chance to take over.
Why Attend “Explore Your Inner World Through Neo-Shamanic Creativity: Access Flow States & Deeper Consciousness to Move Beyond Self-Criticism & Awaken Your Inner Oracle”

It is easy to spend much of life in a mode of analysis, anticipation, productivity, and self-correction. When that mental momentum becomes constant, intuition, spontaneity, pleasure, and creative curiosity can become harder to access even when you deeply want a more meaningful connection with yourself.
Shiloh Sophia offers a different entry point through Intentional Creativity®, a practice she has developed through decades of painting, teaching, and consciousness-focused creative work. Rather than asking you to produce an impressive image, her approach uses the creative process itself as a way to notice what may be difficult to reach through thought alone.
This session matters because it gives you an experiential way to explore the relationship between attention, imagination, ritual, flow, and the inner critic. By combining breath, movement, meditation, intuitive image-making, and reflection, Shiloh Sophia invites you to become more curious about what your own inner world may be ready to show you.
What You’ll Learn
We’ll begin by exploring creativity as a way of stepping beyond ordinary, clock-driven awareness, so you can notice the difference between moving through life in habitual mental patterns and entering a more spacious creative state. Shiloh Sophia will introduce the contrast between Chronos and Kairos and connect it with ritual, presence, and artistic flow.
You’ll also look at the relationship between self-criticism and ordinary thinking, which means the inner critic becomes something you can observe within a larger process rather than simply fight against. Along the way, Shiloh Sophia will explore how she understands creative flow in relation to shifts from beta toward alpha and theta states, as well as greater access to imagination, embodiment, and intuition.
From there, you’ll move into a brief guided creative journey using breath, movement, meditation, and intuitive mark-making, so the teaching becomes something you can experience rather than only understand conceptually. You’ll be invited to follow a symbol, image, color, or movement that emerges and then consider what it may be communicating from within your own experience.

Who This Is For
This event may resonate if you spend a great deal of time thinking, analyzing, striving, or moving quickly from one obligation to the next and want another way to engage with your inner world. It is also relevant if self-criticism, creative blocks, perfectionism, or a sense of disconnection from intuition and spontaneity have made creativity feel difficult or distant.

- Those longing for greater creativity, spontaneity, pleasure, or intuitive connection
- Beginners who are curious about painting but do not consider themselves artists

About Shiloh Sophia McCloud
Shiloh Sophia McCloud is the founder of MUSEA: Center for Intentional Creativity® & Consciousness. An artist, teacher, poet, entrepreneur, curator, and community leader, she has spent decades exploring creativity as a path for consciousness, self-expression, and inner discovery.
Her intuitive painting process became the foundation for Intentional Creativity®, a method centered on bringing intention and mindfulness into the act of creating. Her work has reached tens of thousands of students and has been taught in university MA and PhD programs, at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, and by certified teachers and coaches.
After struggling with conventional art school, Shiloh Sophia left at age 23 and continued learning directly from artists in her family, including her mother, poet Caron McCloud, and artist Sue Hoya Sellars. In 2008, she began teaching consciousness and story-work through painting without requiring technical skill from her students, and she has since developed multiple certification programs for people bringing creative expression into their own work.
At the center of her teaching is the belief that self-expression provides a way to access what we think, feel, and believe. In this event, she brings that philosophy into a neo-shamanic creative practice focused on symbol, imagination, flow, ritual, and the possibility of allowing the painting process itself to become a source of reflection and inner guidance.
Endorsements
“Shiloh Sophia opened a locked cell within my body. In that cell were all the pictures I held in my mind that could not connect to my hand. With her process, I was able to get the pictures out of my head and into my hand. Her teachings have released the veil that divided the sacred temple, and now the whole temple is available to me for my use. A whole heart and a whole body — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.”
“Shiloh Sophia’s course has brought back a part of me that I had cut off years ago, and that I desperately needed back to complete the me I know I am meant to be. I have my creative self back, and I will never ignore her again!”
“Painting has opened up the access to my soul, and all that has been trapped underground is now rising.”
“Painting with Shiloh Sophia truly spoke to my fourth grade self where my art disruption happened. That was where my visual creativity shut down. My healing journey through Intentional Creativity continues, and I am forever grateful for that red thread.”
“Painting with Shiloh Sophia was an incredibly transformative and informative encounter with Intentional Creativity. Embedded in this painting is wisdom that transcends the personal ego and opens a portal to higher wisdom.”
