The Evolving Map for Trauma Healing – With Thomas Hübl

In this time of great upheaval, we need new tools that therapists, healers, coaches, and anyone committed to healing can use to support our collective resilience.

During “The Evolving Map for Trauma Healing”, Thomas Hübl will expand on what it means to navigate different levels of trauma and how to transform difficult events into opportunities for growth and healing.

This is for you if you see the impact that personal trauma and collective trauma are having on our world today and you want to make a difference in moving through overwhelm or inaction.

It’s about healing yourself and regulating your nervous system.

It’s also about helping to heal our world and our collective nervous system.

Why Attend “The Evolving Map for Trauma Healing” With Thomas Hübl

As the world experiences more frequent adverse events, it’s easy to become detached when we think there is little we can do.

We become overwhelmed and feel helpless to change anything.

But there is another way, and it stems from a new way of understanding the different layers of trauma – individual, ancestral, and collective.

With new tools and practices, we can learn to experience a greater sense of being present, grounded, and even resilient, along with more empowered states that can also lead to helping others.

Over time, we can change world events by changing ourselves.

If you’re interested in exploring this topic and so much more, be sure to attend “The Evolving Map for Trauma Healing.” During this free live event, Thomas will explore:

  • Nurturing connection amid divisiveness and polarization
  • Navigating individual, ancestral, and collective trauma and the critical links between them
  • Ways to stay engaged in the current ‘polycrisis’ while maintaining a regulated nervous system
  • Understanding the collective nervous system and how we can support the needs of future generations
  • An invitation to an all-new upcoming course

Who Should Attend “The Evolving Map for Trauma Healing”

Today, more than ever, we are in a global crisis where suffering persists because trauma cannot heal in isolation.

It is not a simple problem to solve. But by becoming aware of how separate parts and unconscious layers of individual, ancestral, and collective trauma intertwine — and disconnect — we can begin to amplify the healing of ourselves and the collective.

You should join this free live event if you want to:

  • Explore how we can expand our collective understanding to support more effective and multidimensional healing.
  • You feel moved and impacted by events that are happening collectively in the world at this time.
