Release the Hidden Energetic Imprints of Sexual Trauma – Free Class with Diane Beaulieu
Sexual trauma can continue shaping intimacy, trust, boundaries, and your relationship with your body long after you understand what happened intellectually. Even after meaningful healing work, you may still notice hypervigilance, overgiving, difficulty receiving support, emotional armoring, or a sense that some part of you has not fully come home.
Diana Beaulieu offers an energetic perspective on why some of these patterns can persist. Her work explores how trauma can leave imprints within the body’s energetic field and how experiences of invasion, fragmentation, and boundary rupture may continue influencing the way you relate to yourself and others.
During this free event, Diana will introduce the trauma energetics framework behind The InnerWomb Method™ and guide you through a gentle, trauma-aware Womb and Boundary Reset. You’ll explore ways to reconnect with your lower belly and womb space, strengthen energetic boundaries, and approach protective patterns with greater understanding rather than self-blame.
Whether you are exploring your own healing or supporting others professionally, the session offers a compassionate way to consider dimensions of trauma that may not be addressed through insight alone. You are invited to participate privately and at your own pace, without pressure to share personal experiences.
Why Attend “Release Hidden Energetic Imprints of Sexual Trauma”

Healing from sexual trauma can involve more than understanding the past or changing conscious beliefs. Protective patterns such as hypervigilance, overgiving, difficulty receiving, emotional armoring, sexual shutdown, or chronic depletion can continue affecting everyday life even after substantial personal work.
Diana Beaulieu approaches these experiences through the lens of trauma energetics, examining how unresolved wounds may be held within the body’s energetic field. Her framework centers on three foundational wounds she has observed in her work — invasion, fragmentation, and boundary rupture — offering another way to understand why certain patterns can feel persistent or difficult to explain.
Diana brings formal study in biology, human sciences, psychoneuroimmunology, and anthropology together with years of complementary medicine, shamanic training, and client work. This combination gives the session a distinctive perspective for exploring energetic boundaries, embodied awareness, and self-compassion without treating energetic healing as a replacement for psychotherapy or crisis support.
What You’ll Learn
We’ll begin by looking at sexual trauma through an energetic lens, so you can consider how an experience may continue influencing your sense of safety, intimacy, trust, and connection even after the original event has passed. You’ll explore Diana’s understanding of energetic imprints and why she sees energetic integrity as an important dimension of healing.
You’ll then explore the three foundational energetic wounds Diana has observed in her work — invasion, fragmentation, and boundary rupture — which means familiar patterns such as overgiving, emotional armoring, hyper-independence, difficulty receiving, or sexual shutdown can be viewed with greater context. Along the way, the emphasis is on replacing self-blame with a more compassionate understanding of protective responses.
From there, Diana will guide you through a gentle, trauma-aware Womb and Boundary Reset, so the teaching includes an embodied practice as well as explanation. You’ll be invited to reconnect with your lower belly and womb space, strengthen energetic boundaries, release heavy or foreign energetic residue, and explore what it means to call your own life force home.
- How Diana understands unresolved trauma through the lens of the body’s energetic field
- Why invasion, fragmentation, and boundary rupture are central to her trauma energetics framework
- How protective patterns such as emotional armoring and hyper-independence can develop around vulnerability
- Why overgiving and difficulty receiving may be connected with disrupted energetic boundaries
- How sexual shutdown or chronic depletion can be explored with greater compassion rather than self-judgment
- What Diana means by restoring energetic integrity after trauma
- How the Womb and Boundary Reset brings attention to the lower belly and womb space
- Ways the guided practice works with energetic boundaries and heavy or foreign energetic residue
- How trauma energetics may expand the perspective of therapists, coaches, energy healers, and bodyworkers
- Why self-understanding and compassion are important parts of Diana’s approach to deeper healing

This event may be especially relevant if you have experienced sexual trauma or accumulated boundary violations and still notice patterns affecting intimacy, trust, receiving support, sexuality, or your sense of connection with yourself. You can engage with the teaching privately and at your own pace, without sharing personal experiences with the group.

- Energy healers, bodyworkers, and other helping professionals
- Practitioners looking for a broader framework for understanding persistent trauma patterns
About Diana Beaulieu
Diana Beaulieu is the founder of The InnerWomb Method™, an approach to womb healing and awakening that integrates her scientific background with years of healing experience and energy medicine.
Her academic background includes biology, human sciences, and psychoneuroimmunology at Oxford University, along with a postgraduate degree in anthropology at UCL. Her early career included work as an anthropologist in Latin America and research for NGOs, charities, and universities.
Diana later trained in and taught Shiatsu for more than a decade while also working in frontline addiction, homelessness, and women’s services. Her search for deeper approaches to healing led to a seven-year apprenticeship in core shamanic medicine, where she developed experience in transformational journeying and trauma resolution.
Her own healing journey following childhood sexual trauma became part of the foundation for The InnerWomb Method™. Diana has since developed a contemporary framework that brings together psychological, emotional, physical, and energetic perspectives on healing.
Today, Diana trains practitioners in more than 40 countries and teaches therapists, coaches, energy healers, bodyworkers, and other helping professionals who want to integrate trauma energetics into their work.
Endorsements
“… it was Diana’s approach to Womb Healing that taught me most about trauma…”
Although I have done many trainings that are trauma-informed, it was Diana’s approach to Womb Healing that taught me most about trauma at the depth that was needed to really see my clients transform. I can’t recommend her more highly as a teacher who understands the deep unconscious energetics behind the surface symptoms. It’s akin to having a roadmap of the soul presented that can be shared with our clients so they truly feel empowered to heal and release patterns that have been there for up to decades.
“Diana’s work has been the missing piece for me…”
Diana’s work has been the missing piece for me in terms of understanding the hidden energetic layers of my own trauma, transforming my own relationships, and having access to a coherent body of work that I could confidently bring into my client practice. I found that her energetic transformation practices brought more empowerment and transformation to me and my clients in just a few sessions than years of talk therapy alone. Trauma energetics is truly a new and invaluable contribution to how we see and treat trauma. Thank you, Diana, for bringing this into the world.
“Diana’s methodology helped me to fully understand the deeper information…”
I have been treating sexual trauma through bodywork for around 15 years, and Diana’s methodology helped me to fully understand the deeper information that was coming to me through my hands when treating clients. Now, instead of just using hands-on work, I can help my clients to recognize and make sense of the emotional and somatic blocks that they have — and set empowered healing intentions that reshape their inner energetic landscape. It has made my own work so much easier to have this energetic piece and integrate it into what I do.
“I am now in the first genuinely safe, loving, and respectful relationship of my life…”
As a survivor of sexual trauma, I’ve found it incredible helpful and validating to immerse myself in Diana’s work. She has offered a clear language for the painful patterns and struggles that I was experiencing. As someone who spent years in abusive and co-dependent relationships following early trauma, I have finally been empowered to recognize and take responsibility for my own energy in relationships and to get to the deeper roots of why I kept attracting more of the same. I am now in the first genuinely safe, loving, and respectful relationship of my life and it is due to this work.
