Recalibrate and Transform Your Pain - with Steve Haines

Mindful Somatic Movement for Pain Prevention

Whether it’s chronic headaches, backaches, knee issues, or hip discomfort — do you continue to suffer from pain, no matter which solutions you try?

Once you understand where pain comes from, you can change your pain experience and finally get some relief, says pioneering craniosacral bodyworker and teacher Steve Haines.

Pain goes far beyond a physical problem. It’s actually your nervous system’s reflex to shield you from perceived danger, says Steve.

During this free online spiritual healing workshop, Steve will share how you can rewire your mind-body response to address even your most persistent pain and transform your life.

Why Attend “Recalibrate and Transform Your Pain”

He’ll share a toolkit of daily mindfulness, movement, and stress-reduction practices to help ease your pain and enhance your overall well-being.

When Steve was receiving his chiropractic training decades ago, he found that the purely structural models of pain he’d been taught also limited how much he was able to help his patients.

Recalibrate and Transform Your Pain - with Steve HainesWith a background in yoga, shiatsu, and biodynamic craniosacral therapy states, Steve developed and refined his own trailblazing approach to understanding pain that has already helped thousands around the world.

Steve’s rich scientific work helps disassemble, piece by piece, the way we’ve come to think about pain as a culture.

Whether you’re suffering from chronic pain or are a teacher or practitioner who wants to better understand pain in the context of your work, you won’t want to miss this fascinating — and deeply healing — new event.
