Have You Stopped Trusting Yourself? - Free Class with Mary Sise

Have You Stopped Trusting Yourself? – Free Class with Mary Sise

Free Online Event

You may recognize the moment when something inside you seems to know the answer, yet almost immediately your mind starts questioning it. Before long, outside opinions, overthinking, and conflicting advice can make that original sense of knowing harder to hear.

Mary Sise, LCSW, explores why this pattern can run deeper than simple indecision. She teaches that early messages, emotional wounds, fear, and subconscious beliefs can shape how much authority you give your own inner guidance.

During this experiential event, Mary will explore four common beliefs that can undermine self-trust and introduce her Energy Psychology approach for working with the emotional and energetic “static” that can keep those patterns in place.

You’ll also be guided through a tapping practice intended to quiet mental chatter, settle the nervous system, and create more inner stillness so you can listen for the quieter wisdom beneath habitual questioning.

Why Attend “Have You Stopped Trusting Yourself?”

Have You Stopped Trusting Yourself? with Mary Sise, LCSW

Self-doubt does not always begin with a lack of insight. You may sense what feels true, only to override that knowing with another opinion, more analysis, or a search for someone else to tell you what to do.

Mary Sise brings more than 35 years of clinical experience to the question of why people lose confidence in what they perceive, feel, and know. Her work in energy psychology focuses on the beliefs, emotional wounds, and patterns that can continue shaping your choices even when you consciously want to respond differently.

This session moves beyond simply telling you to “trust yourself.” Mary explores what can interfere with self-trust in the first place and introduces tapping as an experiential way to quiet mental noise, settle the nervous system, and make more room for discernment without surrendering your authority to outside voices.

What You’ll Learn

We’ll begin by looking at how self-trust can become obscured, so you can better recognize the difference between your deeper knowing and the conditioning that encourages you to question it. Mary will explore how messages absorbed early in life can become subconscious beliefs that continue influencing your choices.

You’ll also examine four common beliefs that can quietly undermine confidence in your own perception, which means you can begin noticing the patterns beneath repeated second-guessing rather than treating every moment of doubt as an isolated problem. Along the way, Mary will explore why discernment matters when you seek insight from teachers, psychics, tarot, or other outside sources.

From there, Mary will guide you through a tapping practice intended to quiet mental chatter and ease you into a deeper meditative state, so there is more space to notice the quieter signal beneath habitual analysis. The practice also brings attention to nervous-system settling, and then connects that steadier inner state with listening to your own guidance.

Here’s just a little bit of what you’ll learn:
  • The four hidden beliefs Mary identifies as common obstacles to self-trust
  • How early messages can become subconscious patterns that influence your decisions later in life
  • Why intelligent, capable people can still find themselves repeatedly second-guessing what they know
  • How conditioning, fear, emotional wounds, and energetic interference can obscure intuitive guidance
  • Why intuition may be less about developing a new ability and more about clearing what interferes with it
  • How to receive guidance from teachers, psychics, tarot, and other sources without giving away your inner authority
  • Why discernment and authenticity matter when navigating uncertainty
  • How tapping can help quiet mental chatter and support a deeper meditative state
  • What nervous-system settling has to do with hearing the quieter knowing beneath constant questioning
  • How a more grounded relationship with your own inner guidance can support greater confidence in your choices

Who This Is For

This event may be especially relevant if you often know what you want or sense what feels right, then quickly begin questioning yourself. It speaks to people who find themselves seeking repeated outside validation, analyzing decisions until they feel less clear, or giving other people’s guidance more authority than their own.

It may also resonate if you are interested in intuition, tapping, energy psychology, nervous-system regulation, meditation, or spiritual discernment. Practitioners, healers, leaders, and others who regularly support people may find Mary’s perspective useful for exploring the difference between receiving outside insight and surrendering personal authority.

  • People who frequently second-guess decisions they initially felt clear about
  • Those who rely heavily on outside opinions before trusting their own judgment
  • Spiritual seekers interested in intuition and inner guidance
  • People curious about tapping and energy psychology
  • Those interested in the relationship between mental chatter, nervous-system regulation, and discernment
  • Healers, practitioners, leaders, and influencers who want a more grounded relationship with their own guidance

About Self-Trust, Intuition & Tapping

What are the four beliefs that undermine self-trust?
Mary will reveal four common beliefs that can quietly erode self-trust during the event. She will explore how these beliefs can shape repeated doubt and second-guessing even when you consciously want to trust yourself.

Why can early messages affect self-trust later in life?
Mary teaches that messages absorbed early in life can become subconscious beliefs that encourage you to question what you perceive, override what you know, or look outside yourself for the “right” answer. Those patterns can continue influencing choices even when you consciously recognize them.

Does Mary Sise teach that intuition needs to be developed?
Mary’s perspective is that intuition is not necessarily something you need to develop. Her focus is on clearing conditioning, fear, emotional wounds, and energetic interference that can obscure the inner guidance already available to you.

How can tapping support greater inner clarity?
Mary will guide a tapping practice intended to quiet a busy mind, support nervous-system settling, and ease you toward a deeper meditative state. The aim is to create more inner stillness so the quieter knowing beneath habitual questioning can become easier to notice.

How does discernment relate to outside guidance?
Mary will explore how to receive insight from teachers, psychics, tarot, and other sources without surrendering your own inner authority. The emphasis is on listening to outside perspectives while remaining connected to your own sense of what is true for you.

Why do capable people still second-guess themselves?
Mary explores how subconscious programming can continue operating beneath conscious understanding. That helps explain why intelligence, experience, or conscious awareness alone may not automatically resolve repeated patterns of doubt.

What role does the nervous system play in self-trust?
The event connects self-trust with the ability to settle mental and nervous-system activation. Mary’s tapping practice is intended to reduce internal chatter so you can notice a quieter inner signal without feeling as compelled to analyze everything.

What is distinctive about Mary Sise’s Energy Psychology approach?
Mary combines her clinical background with energetic methodologies and tapping to work with negative beliefs, emotional patterns, and the energetic “static” that can keep those patterns in place. Her approach brings together psychological understanding, mind-body awareness, and spiritual concepts in a practical framework.
